Introspection-5 (miracles)

I am deeply hurt by the fallacy spread by the media person (TOI), that Sai baba’s thought is in sync with Vedas. It is a desperate attempt made by the followers to give the Sai-view a vedic recognition.they wanted to take baba to the level of Yogi Aravind, swami vivekanand, swami dayanand and so on…. But in reality saibaba has no match with these enlightened vedic scholars….I have a great respect for this man what he did in the field of humanities and social welfare. But his remark “don’t try to understand me, just follow me. I am beyond science” is a complete antithesis to the vedic view. Where the Vedas direct people to think and follow the path of truth (which is in line with science and law of nature).personally I don’t have any ardent intention to criticize saibaba. By writing this blog I don’t know whether I am hurting anybody’s sentiment. Initially saibaba had been performing some magical task to attract the attention of devotees. When his work was challenged by some intellectual persons, baba declined to accept it, and made an excuse that “ I am beyond science”. From our childhood we are taught to accept the scientific truth and reject the falsehood. Baba’s statement completely bamboozled my curious mind. Because according to the definition the horizon of science is INFINITE. And there is nothing beyond it. If someone sees the limit in it, then the problem lies in his/her perception, they unnecessarily try to redefine the science to suit their attitude and try to prove their miraculous work as beyond science. in fact the miracles are the mare manifestation of existence of ignorance. Without ignorance the miracles cannot survive .as a science student I never accept this mockery of science. I am surprised that so many educated persons were gathered around puttaparthi as a devotee of saibaba and reduced the modern science to the level of caricature. Here I am not talking about the material science only; the broader meaning of science is VIGYAN, which has no suitable replacement in English literature. by the way it is not the point of discussion, if I hurt anybody’s spiritual sentiment, then I am sorry. But I am not going to apologize for this unless and until my statement is refuted by someone with solid scientific justification. with all humility and respect I appeal people of all walks of life to comment on this topic..i would be happy if somebody give some truthful conclusion.

hi friends

Salganpur was an awesome trip. Darsan to the God and a type of reunion as well. It came after a long time. Huge levels of enjoyment. Moving on the hot oven, 1400 stairs, shops alongside the way, shiv ji ka mandir, monkeys and all. It was a great day. How can one forget the decent food at vrindawan dhaba. I was especially very happy. I am a bit alienated from the group. For me its memorable.
